Rated 3 out of 5 by Where is the original ? Still works okBut the original clear product was sooooo much betterDo your self a favor and bring it back July 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product leaves no white residue Bought this product becouse I was tired of having to scrub to remove the white residue left on all my black plastic an rubber trim. I waxed the complete car trim, windows, moldings, an paint lol.the paint had a deep mirror shine and my trim looked like it had been blacked out. Didn't even have to clean up over spray on the paint from trim black out products.this is a great product an I recommend it to any one with a car or truck with a lot of dark plastics. June 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Overall great product so far! I just purchased the Ice liquid wax along with the ice compound and ice spray wax. I have a black 04' Tahoe that sits in the Colorado sun and deals with the changing seasons. The compound was easy to apply by hand and remove and I think it did better than some of the other top brands in the market. The compound most definitely removed oxidation and old wax as well as some swirl marks and scratches. I would use the compound in the shade to allow it to work in its wet form. The sun just dries it out on the hot surface. I then applied the liquid wax and have to say that this stuff was easy to apply and remove. Some of the others reviews had me worried before I applied this product. Honestly it goes on easily and buffs off easily with a microfiber towel. The formula is a creamy color but went on clear (I have a black Tahoe and can truly vouch that it goes on clear). The thing I liked about this product was there was no white residue or dust. Again, this is an awesome feature because white residue and dust stick out like a sore thumb on black paint. I did apply it in full sunlight and it was about 83 degrees. Maybe other reviewers applied it in a cooler environment and didn't give it time to dry? I plan to use the Ice spray wax after car washes for maintenance. It seems like a great product line and I will most definitely update in a year or so to give feedback on its durability and usage. Great job Turtle Wax for a great product! June 7, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by please bring back the old one I have used ice liquid wax for many many years and i loved it. But this new formula is 1 harder to put on, 2 the smaller applicator pad is harder to hold ( it keeps wanting to slip out of my hand, so i need to hold it tighter so my hand gets sore) and 3 it is not as easy to take off.I still like the end result, it just takes more effort and time to get there. I would prefer the old formula and use it more often because it was so easy and fast. May 21, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Bring back original This new product is nowhere near as good as original. Left white residue on mine and my wife's car. Will never buy again unless original comes back out April 30, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Bring back the clear I am a body shop owner and operator and have used the clear ice on all of my fresh paint jobs. I recently ran out of the bottle of clear but when I went to purchase more, I discovered it had changed to a creamy product. It doesn't perform as well as to clear formula. It's harder to get from the bottle to the applicator, it leaves residue on the mouldings, it gums up the micro fiber towell, and is just not as good of a product. I have stopped promoting the ice products. Unless the clear comes back I won't buy another bottle. Very disappointed. April 28, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by NEW TURTLE ICE LIQUID WAX I have worked in the auto paint & body industry for years using a variety of compounds, waxes and polishes. I have used every brand out there and this product does a great job as long as you follow directions and use a thin coat. Less is more don't pile it on like a paste wax. It is quick and easy to use and provides good protection against the elements. You can also use it on plastic and rubber trim. It won't leave a white residue on trim and it can be applied in the direct sunlight but I'm old school and always apply any wax in a garage or in the shade here in sunny Florida. I don't understand the bad reviews of this product, my guess is that they put way too much on at one time. If you want to apply a second or third coat you can but don't try to put on a thick layer it doesn't work that way. I would recommend this product to anyone from a professional to a do it yourself detailer. It can be applied faster than traditional paste wax which saves time and money. For scratches and oxidation use a polishing compound first. April 20, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by What have you done to liquid ICE wax?!!!! I add my voice to those who lament that you have made a fundamental change to the nature of liquid ICE wax. It has been changed to a water-based emulsion from a petroleum-distillate based elixir. All the magical uses for it that I had for it are no longer feasible. Might it be possible to substitute ICE Spray Wax (does your response to other similar comments suggest this?); what about ICE Shine Lock? April 18, 2016
