Customer Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by 1reviewer.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Product. Great Service We purchased a few of these units for our enterprise. At first I was hesitant as I have not had the opportunity to work on a TrippLite unit in previous places of employment. After reading through the documentation and viewing the online videos, installation was a snap!!! After about three months of usage, we had an issue with one of the units. It went into bypass mode. The inverter failed. I contacted TrippLite and a knowledgeable technician walked me through some troubleshooting steps. It was determined that we would need a replacement unit. Imagine my despair when I thought that I would have to remove the unit from the cabinet and take the heavy boat anchor out. The technician advised that this was not the case and that all I would need to do was to remove the PDU from the UPS and all equipment would remain on building power. I was a little skeptical. Well the replacement unit arrived in about three days! Just to be sure I was going to replace the unit properly; I watched the online videos showing how to replace the UPS with the PDU still intact. I followed those directions in the video, I unscrewed the PDU and all the equipment stayed up; just as they stated! Through all of this I have become a TrippLite believer. December 11, 2011
