- Product Description
These Open Core Control Transformers are designed for machine tool control circuit applications. They have the ability to handle potentially damaging high in-rush currents that occur when electromagnetic components are energized, without sacrificing the required stable output voltage. Some of the transformers offer protective device options including circuit breaker, fuse, or primary thermal fuse that will break the circuit if overheated. Transformers without protective devices require separate overload and short-circuit protection products (sold separately). These single-phase transformers are suitable for fixed installation in cabinets or switchboards.
