Trident Knife,Straight Blade Edge 3-3/4 In Blade Length,Locking Blade: Sliding Lock is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 61.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great knife I want to start by saying this is my second knife from SOG. My very first knife ever was a Flash 2, given to me by my dad. Which is a high quality knife. Seeing how nice it was i decided to upgrade to the trident. Its a great knife i love it. But after about a week and a half the tip broke off after opening some packaging. Kind of disapointing, i hope this dosent happen often because i truly like your knives.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing quality I bought the Trident with a tanto blade. Sharpest knife I've ever owned. This blade will cut. Great sturdy knife. I love the slot to cut line and the shape contoursbto my grip quite well. The safety lock is tight and the assisted release is quick and fluid. The belt clip is not at all loose and holds tight. A quality blade. I would definitely buy another SOG knife again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great edc! I bought this over a year ago and have to tell you, this is a great edc knife. The clip holds it perfect in my pocket. No worries of it coming out. The handle size fits my hand well it stays sharp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO LIGHT!!! Got this for a good price.... $60 .....have carried knives all my life so I am experienced.... honestly did not expect much at this price but the moment i pulled it from the packaging I could tell it was a quality item..... the fact it is SO LIGHT blew me away..... and super sharp... the opening is a little stiff/slow but I expect that will loosen up with time and usage.... only negative criticism is that the blade when locked is a bit loose.... all in all this is a great knife for the cost.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid knife I have owned this knife for almost five years and have used it a lot. EDC is not legal here in Norway but, as I use it for work, I do carry it most days.Pros:The action is quick and it is easy to deploy. The safety is a nice feature. This knife has been through some serious work in my hands but remains solid. The handle is easy to maintain grip on in the cold.Life:The blade is very sharp when new but, after cutting Kevlar-based line, I have struggled to keep it as sharp as it was when I got it. Even so, performance after the abuse I have put it through is admirable.Cons:The cut-out in the handle for strap and line cutting is tantamount to useless. I would deploy the blade and take my chances in an emergency situation as the geometry of the "belt cutter" is pretty whack. The blade just does not come up far enough to do much (on the tanto, at least) to justify the feature. There are other tools for that job that work way, way better (i.e., a dedicated strap/rope cutter).Still, this knife rocks!
