Customer Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by 1reviewer.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to use. Does what it is supposed to with no hassles. I bought this item as an ohm-meter. Unlike the more expensive brands that are loaded with features you don't use, this one does the job it is designed to do, right out of the box! I had tried a more expensive, flashy model with more features and got terribly frustrated. When I attaced a resistor to it, it read what appeared to be some random numbers. I found out that I have to scale it to read what I want. Well, here's what I want; I want an ohm-meter to read ohms, simple as that. The Simpson meter does this, and comes with, (are you ready?# an instruction manual that was NOT written by an engineer! #which should be illegal!) I don't need an entire book to tell me what I can summarize in a paragraph. Simpson meters have no "books". They just work. June 21, 2012
