Drain Cleaning Machine,1/2Inx75ft Cable is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 164.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from After a few minutes use the machine started making a clicking noise. Not good. As I said prior the machine started making a clicking noise. I discovered the cable clamp inside the drum was loose and the cable came out of it. What a pain to get the cable back in the clamp. I bought this with confidence since it was made in USA. Please make sure this does not happen to someone else and they think USA made products are inferior. Don Wood

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an early review after first use Setup was very easy, and use was straightforward. I was able to extend 50' of the 3/8" cable without difficulty, and that was past one 90 degree sweep Y and two sharp 90s in a 4" pipe. I did have some difficulty in pulling the cable back past those two sharp turns, but waiting for each cable "catch-up snap" and pulling after that relaxation allowed the cable to be retracted. Once it was back in the straight section, it was easy to pull the last 30 feet out. I did have to tighten the cable clamp inside the drum, however, as it started to slip. All in all it worked as I hoped it would. Maneuvering it into place and using it was very straightforward.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, saves you time an money, even for an amateur Of course, Friday night the tub backs up in the house. Find out wife has been flushing feminine hygiene products. Hand held device worthless. Purchased and used this to snake out the toilet, and then the main line from the house to the street. Not a fun job, not an easy job, but the Ol' K-400 made it possible. The 75ft. of line and the powerful motor made what could have been an impossible job possible. This unit is quite, extremely easy to use, and powerful. The unit also comes with different attachments which I used to clean out the pipes after I removed all of the offending material. This machine is so easy to use that I texted a few family members, and let them know that if they have any clog issues, please call me first, I have the solution. I would not hesitate to buy this unit again or recommend it to someone. Over all, much cheaper than calling a plumber for an emergency call on a weekend, and so easy to use.
