18-1/2 In x 9-3/4 In x 27-1/2 Gas Tankless Water Heater, 11,000 to 199,900 BtuH, Natural Gas is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Working Great Took only half a day. Make sure to use a step down regulator on the heating unit if Two lb gas pressure is coming into your house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well made, easy to install, great so far! We had an LP tank heater that started leaking on us and needed to be replaced, so we took the opportunity to go tankless. It was easy to install, though if you are not confident in plumbing work I suggest you consult someone who is. We decided to upgrade our gas line as well, though Rheem claims that isn't necessary if you already have half inch pipe. Our local gas supplier came out, did that side of the work and reviewed everything else for us. It has been operating flawlessly since we installed it. On well water, so I added a natural descaler in-line to extend the life of the heat exchangers. Remember to perform a flush with vinegar once a year and you'll be fine based on professionals I've talked with. We have more hot water now than we know what to do with! Haha.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Its been about 3 weeks, and everything is great, no issues at all. Works perfectly from the first time I plugged it in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quiet and pretty good flow rate Had this installed by a contractor and was way quieter than the previous tankless we had. This has really good flow rate but I expected it to be just a bit better. Of course we are now getting a beeping and an unknown error code from the unit just over a year out, so that's a little concerning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rheem on demand hot water heater I actually purchased this heater over a year ago. I relocated my laundry room and ran natural gas across my house and out to garage. My cold & hot water was messed up so I ran new copper headers for both & pex off them to all water fixtures. Been suing heater now for about a month. Sweet heater, had a little trouble on start up with dirty water filter on unit, to be expected with all the work I did to water in general. This heater is as fast as a regular storage water heater or not very much slower, not noticeably anyway. I love the thermostat and ease of use, say you want hotter water for a short time, cleaning carpet for instance. Just takes a moment and you got it. Hot water never runs out, It's fantastic !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replacement of tankless water heater No noise from old unit and lasted 29 years. New unit makes noise hope it last as long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great water heater for the whole house. The device is small and easy to install. I have had it for 5 years and it is running all hot water in my house. Therefore it stats even if we use warm water for washing hands. It has a much smaller footprint than the tank that I had and does not run out of hot water. In a cold Chicago winter you can notice sometimes that it takes a few seconds longer to get the water warm but it is not a problem. Neither is the 'cold water sandwich' that tankless water heaters have. This is the only tankless that I could find that can be installed by a handy homeowner. I fitted the recommended water softner and run distilled white vinegar though it once a year. I have recommended it to a friend who has his for a year now and is also happy. In my opinion, tankless is the way to go.
