2 In Angle Sash Nylon Paint Brush, Soft, for Latex Based is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Professional Brush I work for a professional painting company in Colorado on high-end, million dollar homes. We use Purdy Nylox brushes for the majority of our projects, which includes both interior and exterior painting/staining. Honest to god, these are the ONLY brushes we use for water-based paints and stains. These brushes are incredible. Most brushes will have a little breakage, this is mostly due to rough handling and cleaning of brushes. To date, I have never had an issue with pieces of this brush breaking off while painting. I assume this is because of what the bristles are made out of, which will stay incredibly soft and pliable when taken care of. Recently I used this brush to paint ship-lap with a luxuriously thick, satin finish paint. The paint dried completely smooth with no lines left by the brush. I am purchasing several for my DIY work at home. It is truly a great brush for anyone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Shed bristles My nylox glide shed bristles too. I have been painting cabinets that I built. I have used the brush with primer and with semi gloss trim paint. I haven't used it with a water based poly yet. Each time I have used the brush it has shed bristles. Very frustrating. So far I have counted about 10 bristles that have either come out in the paint on my project or were half way out and needed to be pulled out so it wouldn't end up in my painted project. I have been using Purdy brushes for over 10 years and this one is by far is the worst one. All of my other brushes have worked out really good. When the Nylox brush isn't shedding bristles I like how it works and I am satisfied with the finish.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These brushes are worthless Bought brand new nylox brushes for a project. They were shedding bristles the first time that they touched paint. DO NOT BUY

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great brush I have been using these brushed for a few years now, they have great control for cutting in and they leave very few brush marks. Well worth the investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I imagined! I just picked up this brush to touchup some latex painted trim that had previously been brushed by a pro. I was worried about brush marks given that the trim had some brush marks already from where the pro had painted it, but this thing left almost zero noticeable marks - even better than the pro's brush. Absolutely impressed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great brush for water based poly! Awesome finish, highly recommend! I used this brush to get a smooth finish on my corn hole boards Mich better than rolling which I did in the past!
