Product Details

This Owens Corning® VaporWick® pipe insulation is designed for chilled water lines and for below ambient temp. applications in hot and humid conditions. The insulation stays dry due to a special material that wicks away moisture to the outside of the system where it evaporates. This process helps to keep the insulation dry and minimizes the loss of insulating properties. The insulation can be installed directly on wet pipes with no need to shutdown the piping system during VaporWick installation. Also features the SSL® Max closure system that can provide a tight and reliable seal without the need for glue or staples. Insulation is mold resistant and meets the standard ASTM test for fungi resistance.
