Customer Reviews

Rated 3.1 out of 5 by 7reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by too slow For drilling holes in steel this unit is designed around using angular cutters. However we want to drill and tap up to 3/8". Our operator want to go 1200 to 1800 RPM to drill steel. ( remember feeds & speeds). If Milwaukee engineering reads this you could beat your competition hand down with a faster unit. April 28, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Compact yet Powerful An excellent compact mag drill. We use this drill in tight spaces where no other mag drill will fit. As usual, Milwaukee delivers an excellent tool. November 8, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by really good got our boss to buy one it has worked out great for several jobs other than the ones we expected to use it on October 24, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by dissapionted the magnet is not strong enough to use drill on any surface other than a clean workbench; I tried everything to get the set screws to stay tight but they all come loose allowing the head to come loose and the chuck to come loose from the drive. very inaccurate. Also the drive is too fast for use with large bits. July 4, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by nice little mag drill - light weight, durable, good price, getting positive feedback from the guys in the shop. 3/4" shank annular bit ready. October 9, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by What were you thinking Runout on shaft and chuck is over .060. Plastic guides on aluminum gibs, really? Drilling a concentric perpindicular hole is all but impossible. Value and quality isn't there. DOn't waste your money. September 24, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great value. performs well. Eats metal in a hurry. July 20, 2012
