Rated 1 out of 5 by Did not last Received Hackzall M18 from USA. Worked fine for a couple of weeks. Then started turning off itself during cutting. It started happening more often on longer use and after few months stopped working. Was bought in December 2014 and used just a few times. Now its a hassle where to repair it. Tried to register it on Milwaukee website but it seems to be impossible as first step there is just ignoring my effort to type in sort of model. I am just totally confused... April 14, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Work Horse!!!! I bought this tool after watching a plumber make use of it while working down in a muddy hole repairing a broken water pipe. I watched him cut through SDR 35 6" pipe with ease and he was able to hold the pipe with his free hand so as not to drop it in the mud. I had to have one. At first i thought it may have less power than my much larger dewalt xrp sawzall, I just liked the convenience of one handed operation, but i was pleasantly surprised to find it had more power and a longer run time. The fuel gauge and quick charging make running out of juice an operator error. This beast will chew through any material that your traditional sawzall sees, and more due to its smaller size giving it ability to work in tighter areas. Since this purchase I've bought several more Fuel products from Milwaukee (grinder, blower,m12 impact) and have been extremely satisfied with these proud, American, quality products. Puts other power tools to shame. November 9, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by A couple of problems Couple of problems with this tool. The trigger lock has to go. The battery slides in from the side opposite of the drills. Out of balance. Can't stand the thing up on the battery, it falls over. Otherwise, it's a handy item. August 31, 2013
