Customer Reviews

Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 5reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great battery, but why the packaging thats so hard to get in This is a great battery for the tool, but the packaging is really overkill. Very hard to get into. August 19, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by not impressed Build quality and feel of the tool is good. Bought this tool to cut emt conduit it's like using a butterknife. It's slow weak and quite frankly an embarrassment to call this a power tool. The battery lasted maybe 3-5 cuts of 1/2 inch conduit. I've returned it to try the 18v one hopefully it is better. Personally I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. October 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great tool I'm a mechanic by trade, and needed a compact reciprocating saw that could get in tight places a regular Sawzall or air powered die grinder with a cutoff wheel couldn't get to and a torch would be unsafe. The Hackzall was the answer. Cut right through hardened grade 8 bolts very quickly on suspension components. I've even worked it much harder than one would think this tool could handle, cutting up steel racking and 55 gallon drums. I would definitly suggest a spare battery for jobs that require long run times. November 17, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice compact design for Compact jobs This tool is ideal for small jobs around the home as well as an emergency disaster tool. The M12 batter life is ideal for small jobs but I would recommend the slightly larger M18 if you're planning on cutting lots of 'metal'. July 15, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Awesome light weight hack saw Small light weight. Uses same battery as my drill, impact driver and hammer drill. February 16, 2012
