Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this tool, does everything it says. Has gotten me out of many jams as a Locksmith. Even takes Dremels Adapter & Multi-Max Cutting and Variety Kit. Very pleased with this tool. Co workers borrow it all the time. February 18, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Blades Trying to find blades for this. Impossible to find............ Fortunately I did find the blade and here is the address online. Beaver Industrial Supply 1-800-365-6677 # MM410 Universal Arbor 3" HSS Segmented Saw Blade Blade Width: 3-1/8" Plunge Depth: 1-1/16" TPI (Teeth Per Inch): 18 Material: High Speed Steel So that is where to find the blade. Hope this helps. February 9, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Performance I make an attachment that I fit to this tool that turns it into a high frequency muscle/body massage tool. I have found the Milwaukee unit to have the best speed control and that is an important part of how the machine works for my application. Out of the 40 plus units purchased so far I have had one machine need warranty work and 6 batteries that had broken tabs. The attachment creates a greater vibration to the operator and then the battery compared to other attachments. I now use a weight lifters wrist strap around the battery and have not had any further problem with broken battery tabs or the battery backing out. September 6, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Had two fail right out of box Brand new, first time using, plunge cutting 2x4, failed before first battery was depleted. Just stopped running. Removed battery and saw that the prong on the tool that fits into the battery had broken off and was stuck in the battery. Couldn't remove the prong from the battery either, so the battery was unusable now also. Returned to store and exchanged it for a new one. Same thing happened again before battery depleted. Returned to store and got my money back. Seemed it was going to be a really nice tool, had the power and versatility desired. But the tool is useless if it breaks all the time. Save your money. complete piece of junk. September 9, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by battery Have used this a couple times for those tight spots. the battery would slip and tool would not work till I snapped it back in. After a couple small tasks doing this the tool no longer works. Seems to be a very common problem. I believe it should be replaced. But I have past the one year warrantee even if I only got maybe 6 hours total use. April 23, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Tool if used right. This is a precision tool. As an Electrician I use it to cut into cabinetry for electrical outlets and find it has greater control than a Roto-Zip. I have also used it to notch out a beam... which was not a good idea. Since it is a battery operated tool it has a short run time when used on a high or fast setting. Have extra batteries handy. So remember... "If the only tool you have is a hammer, you tend to see every problem as a nail. Use the right tool for the right job." March 1, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Burn Out I love Milwaukee tools but this one needs some work. The unit became inoperative due to burn out after 1 hour of use cutting flooring with plunge cuts. Also, Milwaukee, please make a battery charger that holds 3-4 batteries. January 4, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by I'm not impressed. I got this to remove vinyl flooring from my kitchen. It took an eternity due to the approximate 10 minutes of run time. Plus, the blade isn't long enough to reach under a kitchen cabinet all the way to the kick board. And under the floor heating fins, it wouldn't reach either. When I used it to cut the bottom .5" off of the door jambs, it smoked and burned the wood. It melted the rubber tubing that lines the door without even touching it. I like it for the sanding, but those little pieces of sand paper just don't last long enough to justify the cost. And having to buy these $20 saw blades from Bosch makes no sense. September 18, 2012
