Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 18reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Under powered for boring holes As an electrician I thought this drill would be great for small service calls and drilling through a couple of two by fours now and then. It struggles to bore anything larger than a 5/8" diameter hole with either an auger bit or spade bit. I upgraded from the non Fuel version of this drill thinking it would be an improvement, but it wasn't. Have to lug my M18 around for holes in wood. On the plus side, it is great for hammer drilling smaller holes in concrete. Would like to see this same drill, M12, with more torque and more speed. I love the M12 line, but this guy is just not up to the task of drilling 1" dia. holes. May 12, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Handy Little Drill I have this, as well as the compact, regular brushed drill driver. I use this most often, simply because it's lighter, and comes with the nifty belt clip. I use it for everything from tightening screws in a rack, to drilling a hole in a ceiling tile, or drilling out holes for fasteners, and anchors. I would say it's more versatile than the m18 compact, simply because of its weight. It's less powerful for sure, for heavier duty jobs, you'll want a beefier drill, but for most stuff around the house, this little drill will tear through the job. Not going to lie... the belt clip is great too, especially when you're carrying a ladder, tool kit, and parts for a job from one place to another. Saves you a hand right off the bat, and the drill is light enough so as to not make a huge difference. April 4, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome I use this drill for everything from drilling in concrete steel wood to driving lag bolt's September 1, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by decent sawzall Use the 12 volt mini saw zall for cutting all of my 2" and 11/2" pvc pipes and in tight areas. Works well, battery and tool dont like cold weather thou. Will easily stop cutting when real cold out. Otherwise, glad I bought it. Saves me time. August 23, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by I really like it .good power good looks . at work mostly . the light is bright .it would be nice a magnet to hold bolts etc August 19, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Milwaukee The best tool I have ever held in my hand August 14, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Driven I've had it for about a month, it's exceeded my expectations. It replaces a 12v DeWalt nicad drill motor I've had for about 10 years. I use it at work primarily, about 1 hour per week. I'm in my sixties with a touch of arthritis in my hands so the ratcheting chuck is a welcome feature. I didn't want to pay this much but it was the best motor I found so it was worth the extra money. July 19, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Compact high test The m12 hammer drill is a perfect all round powerful drill for a home owner or trades worker. Also have the m12 impact driver which surprised me with the amount of power. These drills are balanced perfect and compact enough to go anywhere. July 7, 2015
