Vehicle Sensor,Wired,Black is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works fine I did not bury my wand for the alarm and it's worked as expected for over ten years. It lies along the edge of the pavement where I can periodically clear away debris.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Same problem We've had two driveway exit wands fail. Full of water and corroded when we dug them back up. Our neighbors leave their wand exposed to the elements on top of the dirt and it is still working. Love my gate opener, though. It still works great after 15 years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worked until warrenty was over worked great for about a year than failed, next one worked about the same amount of time. cut it open to find out what broke found it full of water!! not good since it was suppose to be buried in the dirt. tech support had not heard of this before. could it be they want it buried at 1 ft and we freeze down to below that in winter? maybe cracked the housing?. not going to waste money on another one. looking for another way to open gates on my farm
