Tire Air Pump; For Use With Automotive Tires, Trailer Tires, Bike Tires, Air Mattresses, Inflatable is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from I bought this a few weeks ago to keep in my car for emergencies and for pumping the tires on my plane. I used it for the first time today and this was on my plane. Note that the pump is supposedly rated for 70psi. I pumped the main gear first, 21 psi required. The nozzle was very difficult to get onto the valve stem as it was so tight and the whole nozzle is plastic. After some difficulty, I was able to pump the main gear. The nose wheel required 30psi and it was also very difficult to attach the nozzle and the valves are the standard automotive size. Well, with one pump on my nosewheel, the whole cylinder of the pump popped completely off the base. I could not believe it and, in all my years of using hand pumps, I’ve never seen such rubbish. In my opinion, this pump is poorly made junk and I would say don’t buy it. I will be returning it and will not buy another of this brand.
