This Master Lock® Grip Tight™ Circuit Breaker Lockout device helps prevent accidental engagement of electrical circuits during maintenance. It works on switches with or without holes and uses cleats, with clamp-on lockout, to assure positive restraint for breakers with long sliding switch throws. An innovative design helps lock out circuit breakers with a simple thumb turn and closing of the clamping handle, for a tight grip on the toggle. Durable construction, of powder-coated steel and reinforced polymer, stands up in harsh environments while the compact design is easy to carry and store. Accepts most Master Lock and American Lock® safety padlocks and lockout hasps for full lockout. (Padlocks sold separately.) Suitable for standard height and tie-bar toggles typically found on 120 and 240 volt breakers and/or as part of a comprehensive OSHA compliant lockout/tagout safety program.
