Customer Reviews

Rated 2.2 out of 5 by 9reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great It is a good product, however it's not of great quality. The plastic covering breaks easy. April 11, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Lasted 2.5 years I seem to be having the same symptoms as the others. The opener sporadically won't open my door, in spite of the battery being good. I tried to adjust the frequency which made it work for a day, (probably coincidence) but then it stopped again. When the problem is happening, not even the learn function works. January 27, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Romote Controls are Cheap Junk I have two 371LM remotes and after 4 years they stop working. And the battery is not the problem. Every morning when it is cold, they don't work. You have to press the button 20 to 30 times before the door will open. I also have two spare remotes that never got used. They also are having the some problem. They certainly are not worth $22!!!! January 12, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not suitable for older models The website doesn't disclose important compatibility issue with new remotes and older model opener. This particular remote is only suitable for devices with learn buttons on keypad or motor. August 13, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor quality and durability. These remotes are cheap junk. I've go through 4 in 6 years. I can no say more without being profane. Try explaining to your wife why she has to sit in her car for 10 minutes trying to open the garage door. December 22, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by unhappy customer My LiftMaster is less than 2 years old. One of the remotes no longer works. In my previous house, the remotes lasted for 15 years. Replacement cost is too high, but I have no other choice. July 2, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Short Life, Way Overpriced We have two single-car garage doors in our condo, only just over 3 years old. One of the two remotes has stopped sending a signal, so both door openers have to be programmed to the one operating remote. That is a big inconvenience because you have to remember to open both doors before leaving or else you get one door closing and one opening when you push the button. This remote is a cheap as it gets, probably weighs about 4 ounces, performs only one function and I am incredulous that it costs $35 to replace. February 29, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by single button remote Moving in a new condo 4 yrs ago with this remote only lasting that long with moderate usage STINKS!!!!! Only adding insult to injury is the $34.95 needed to get replacement!!!! October 8, 2011
