When you're mounting heavier doors, especially in high-traffic areas that require some sort of traffic control, the 90° range of motion on this Ives pivot hinge helps slow foot traffic through doorways in environments that require better traffic control. Use 2 hinges for doors up to 7-ft., for doors over 7 ft., use 3. Maximum door load 90 lb. per hinge. UL Listed for use with 3-hr. fire doors or 20-min. wood fire doors.
