Customer Reviews

Plastic Flapperless Flush Repair Handle, White is rated 1.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from love how the product works and functions. Easy to install. The reason for two stars is material quality. The stem that is the go between the handle and the inside mechanism is complete junk plastic. I have had two of these units. The first time the handle broke off(3 months after purchase) I chucked it up to possible one time defect. Now that the second one has done the exact same thing after just 4 Months I am completely dissatisfied.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Same experience as other reviewers, except I think mine lasted 6 months before the handle broke. Can't find a replacement. Very disappointed; seems like a promising product, but due to cheap parts and zero support, it's a waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just wanted to say the exact same thing happened with our handle. We now use a flathead screwdriver to turn the inner gear to activate the flush. It's very frustrating that replacement handles are not sold, and even more upsetting that they would use a cheap plastic instead of a piece of metal. Finally - the other frustration is that I'll have to eventually replace the whole unit. But when I do, I'll be sure to just use a standard valve/bulb setup, not this dumb thing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I purchased the Hydrostop flapperless toilet repair kit about 4 mos ago. It was so easy to install. However, about 4 months after installing it, the handle fell off one evening. The plastic stem inside the handle fatigued and simply snapped off. I have looked at Home Depot and online and simply cannot find a replacement part. The product states 10 year warranty.I went to the manufacturers website but there is no replacement handle available.
