Refrigerator,Top Freezer,18.2cu ft,Black is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 147.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh Pros:* Attractive price point* Decent size* Quieter than expected* Fridge works greatCons:* Fridge door shelves are too wide. Stuff slides around if they are not kept full.* The freezer is nowhere near cold enough. it gets a cup of oil to 10deg. Everything I put in was ruined.I tried doing all the right stuff including letting it sit two days before plugging it in. I checked seals and all that jazz.... Even at max the fridge just won't cut it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Enjoying it! Mine is only 2 months old but since day 1 it makes loud makes popping and growling sounds...I hope it's not a sign it's defective. But other than the noises...I love everything about it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Underwhelmed My FFTR1814QB0 refrigerator is a little over a year old, the icemaker quit working and the fridge door handle has broken. How does a handle break and icemaker quit so soon? We are not hard on our belongings. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My handle broke How can I get a replacement handle??????????????????
Date published: 2016-10-18
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap Handles Break. The handles are a poor design and break under normal usage. I am having to replace the handles for the second time in less than a year. I've read other reviews that say they have had to replace handles six times. Handles are made of plastic and where they are screwed at one end are only about 1/8" thick and this is where the handles break. Of course when they break you can't just buy the one handle, you have to buy the set. Not a bad inside refrigerator other than the door handles. I would not recommend this refrigerator until the handle problems are resolved.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quit working after 9 months This refrigerator has quit working after 9 months. It is used in our garage for drinks and a small amount of food.It states in the manual to check the fuse however does not show you or tell you where the fuse is.? I'm disappointed that the refrigerator already has a problem. We open the refrigerator a couple times a week.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible and ruined my kitchen floors This refrigerator has been problem after problem. Learned a valuable lesson from Frigidaire, we got what we paid for. Not quite sure exact time but before 9 months old we found water under fresh fruit and vegetable drawer. Water leaks inside so every time we try to slide the drawer out a puddle leaks onto the floor. Somehow the ledge where the drawers slide broke too, even though we can't see where it's broken. We've thought of buying a new refrigerator but now need to figure out what to do since the floor is all buckled from the constant moisture from the water leak. I was raised with Frigidaire and that is the brand I looked for but now, so disappointed and not sure I will ever buy Frigidaire again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Recommended After four visits from a repair technician (great group of Repair guys by the way, top notch), he was told from Frigidaire that the temperature in the freezer is controlled by the refrigerator. So since the fresh food section was staying a steady 39 degrees (still warmer than expected since it was set on coldest), the system wouldn't run even thought the freezer would routinely get over 20 degrees! (Once it hit 30) And this is a refrigerator that is in a finished heated basement. Why there is no sensor in the freezer is beyond me.
