Product Details

This hydrometer is used to determine the specific gravity/relative density (g/cmᶟ) of battery acid in the range of 1.150 to 1.300. Made of lead-free ballast and glass, this 6.5"-long hydrometer comes with a siphon set to collect battery acid for an accurate reading. The rubber parts are made of nitrile, a synthetic rubber that is more chemical resistant and more durable than conventional rubber.

Note: Battery hydrometers should be stored in a clean, dry, safe place, and should not be subjected to extreme temperatures.
