Product Details

The Dremel 3000 is the result of upgrading our most popular rotary tool using user-requested features to improve the tool’s design and ergonomics. The tool also features the EZ Twist™ nose cap with an integrated wrench that allows the nose cap to be used as a wrench to tighten accessories and eliminates the need for a separate wrench. A more efficient fan design and side vents provide a cooler running tool making it comfortable for extended periods of use. The tool also features a symmetrical design including a trumpet-shaped nose cap to facilitate a pencil-grip tool hold. The ability to use all existing Dremel rotary tool accessories and most attachments let the 3000 complete a wide range of applications including cutting, grinding, sanding, carving, and polishing a variety of materials.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tool I got this tool as a replacement. I put it to work the day I received it. Since then I have done a number of projects. I'am a DIY person and use this tool often.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from why didn't I get one yeas ago I bought the Dremel for a specific task. Our vertical blinds have a weakness at the hanging point and I have to use a metal clip in order to rehang the blind. In the past I was using tin snips to make them fit and now with the Dremel I grind off the excess metal and it works like a harm. I've use it to sharpen my lawnmower blade and since I've onlky had it for a short time there wikllk be many more things to use it in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful versitality THis is a nice ergonomic feel to the tool. It has a smooth variable speed setting and is much easier to switch out options than my previous model. The handy kit has many options from which to choose and will be an asset to my handyman type adventures that life puts in front of me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the money! I bought this a month ago. It gets the job done, but is a little under powered for what I use it for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! I bought this product after my non-Dremel failed. It's a great product with many accessories and attachments available. I use it primarily on my model railroad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tool I'm so glad that I finally have a Dremel rotary tool! One feature I do find missing in some applications is the option to switch rotation directions. This would provide much more flexibility with regards to sanding, polishing, & grinding, if you were able to choose which direction the bit rotated based on your position, orientation of the tool vs. workpiece, etc.
