Customer Reviews

Cutting/ShapingWheel,1 1/4 In,1/8 Shaft is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A remarkably tough and useful bit Though one of the most expensive bits, this is nonetheless one of the toughest and most useful additions to your Dremel arsenal. I needed a tough tool for cutting apart plastic toys and models for building custom hobby model projects. The 543 cuts through even thick plastic with ease and the rough top plane makes it easy to smooth out the edges at the same time. It will probably even save you money in the long run as it eliminates the need to keep buying the less durable disposable cutting wheels. The 543 does remove slightly more material than the standard disposable cutting wheels, but that's really the only drawback. It's become my go-to cutter and even as 3 years of use has worn off most of the tungsten it still seems to work just as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome straight cuts in wood Better than a toothed saw blade for wood. I hardly need to sand the edge after cutting.
