Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 40reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love These Pants! These have been my favorite pair of pants for several years now - I wear them almost every day through the Vermont fall, winter and spring. I garden, cut trees, haul rocks and other general yard work and they've never let me down. They may not be as durable as other Carhartt's with the knee patches but they are still the same high quality that you expect from Carhartt. Time to buy more! August 26, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 Pocket Clarification To clarify my previous review: Back pockets do appear to be reinforced on the lower half. My wallet wore holes above the reinforcing material.Mike in Colorado August 21, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 Wallet Wore Holes in Back Pockets I've been wearing these dungarees as my casual pants for years but I'm giving them up. The last couple of pairs have holes worn through the back pocket from my wallet after less than 6 months. I thought Carhartt reinforced the back pockets, did they stop doing that? It's too bad because I like the B 151 model due to lightweight fabric, I can't stand heavy, stiff pants. And the ruler pocket was perfect for my cellphone. August 14, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 Canvas work dugaree Great fit, very durable . I got shot in the leg while wearing a pair last fall. They won't stop a 45acp round but they do wear well. August 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Pants with Carhartt Quality These pants are great: Carhartt quality (stitching, zippers, material, etc.), functionality (the pockets and their placement are no accident), fit, and style. They have solid stitching, strong zippers, and material that doesn't wilt at the sight of something abrasive or pointed. They're not exactly summer material, but they're not too thick to wear on a hot day--maybe that has a lot to do with the cotton canvas material. They feel like a lightweight painters drop cloth, if you ask me. I can tell someone other than a fashion designer (that's a good thing, for purposes of my comment here) thought about the pockets. They're sized and placed practicably. I don't get much use out of the hammer/tool hanger loops, especially the larger one (the one on the right is wider than the one on the left). One of the best features of these pants is the fit. They sit where pants are supposed to sit (on a guy, anyway). I'm not sure what the proper definition is as far as "at the waist" or "slight at the waist." I just know I don't have to "part the boys and choose a side" when I want to wear these pants where I feel naturally comfortable wearing them! Lastly, the style is a good balance between "I actually do something for a living" and "I spend more time than I'd like in an office chair." I work at a place where I could be in a meeting with business-like folks one minute, and called out into the field at a construction site the next, and these pants live up to both worlds. Depending on the stiffness of your management, you might be able to sneak these in on business casual day with a nice polo or button-down. I own pairs of the tan, light-brown, and army green pants. The tan ones are the "fanciest" looking of the three and are really an off-white shade. The light brown pants are lighter than the picture shows, which isn't a bad thing. The army green pants are also lighter than the picture, not too far from the color of a used military seabag--I guess it's slightly muted olive drab. August 4, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Second to None My maintenance crew and I wear these (B151) daily as part of our uniform. The fit and durability are unmatched, and I have tested work wear from all the players. Wrangler comes close, but no one beats Carharrt for work. This style is light enough for summer, and in the winter we just throw on the thermals underneath and keep on going. Personally, I have thrown the denim jeans away and wear nothing but Carharrt for work or play. What are you waiting for? Something better to come along? Not gonna happen so just go ahead and buy these now. July 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Most comfortable pants ever. I wore Levis forever, and then tried a pair of these pants out of curiosity...that was a decade ago! I've never gone back to jeans except my Carhartts for work outside. The work dungarees are so light & comfortable it's not funny. I even tried to go back to jeans, but they're just too heavy & oppressive. Awesome pants! June 17, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfortable work pants Very comfortable pants to wear when doing projects around the house or working on the truck or camping or anything really. Lightweight but durable with a soft feel. Love these pants!! April 6, 2015
