Customer Reviews

Rated 2 out of 5 by 2reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not great The base only comes with one bottom plate. The bottom plate can be too narrow so that one side falls into a mortise if you aren't very careful. Also there are no markings on the front so you know what size bits are going to hit where. You have to look into the hole for the bit to know where it will the wood when you create a mortise which is not very accurate. January 21, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Fixed Base I purchased a Bosch PR20EVS trim router several years ago and it has performed admirably except for the fixed base.  The challenge I have faced is the fixed base moves when I am making a cut.  It makes no difference what bit I use, the base tends to slide down the router motor housing.  The router is a great tool, but Bosch needs to deal with the base.  Tightening the base didn't solve the problem and over tightening can ruin the fixed base.
