Rated 2 out of 5 by Breaking battery tabs-Oscillating tool Have had to replace 12 volt batteries-lock tabs break & battery falls out of slot . Have to hold in place or tape to use . September 7, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not a lot of power. I bought one of these last week because my five-year-old 412 batteries were losing their ability to hold a charge. Yes, it does charge quickly, but if the charge-level lights on my impact driver are any indication, this (presumably) new battery is not any better than my old ones. I wish I could read the manufacturing date to see if it was sitting in a warehouse too long before being sold. August 7, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by nice if they stayed in tool bought 4 tools and 4 batteries the hooks on 3 of the batteries have broken now they just fall out of the tools June 8, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by PS30 Cordless Drill/Charger/Battery Kit I purchased the PS30 drill/charger/battery kit.Very happy with the drill and charger but the batteries were a different matter; both batteries (BATT 411) failed (would not accept a charge).I suspect the BATT 411 hasbeen replaced by another model. Rated 3 out of 5 by Great charging time...but I bought this six weeks ago to use primarily for my heated jacket to wear in our New England Winter. It charges very quickly (about 30 minutes). The first few times that I charged it, I found it quite difficult to slot the battery into the charger and get it out, and it did take me quite a few times to loosen it up enough for the connection to be comfortable. It was also a disappointment in the time range for the battery. When used in my heated jacket, it last about an hour before being drained enough to stop supplying power. I thought that maybe it was too much for the jacket and instead tried the battery on my Bosch drill, but again it was good for only a couple of hours before being drained. I did recharge the battery 6 times after it had expired its charge but see no change in the length of time of service January 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent charge after extended storage. These batteries are very impressive.  Bought the drill kit that included two of these and they are always ready to go. November 21, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent life but charger gets hot in hot weather Excellent life charging in moderate temps is fast but slow in hot weather charger is cheap and badly needs an internal heat sink to manage heat and speed charging at 90F+. Otherwise am pleased. October 27, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by effective but .... The battery kept working for a a long time and the charge cycle is short but .... the plastic locking tab broke apart on the battery I had with the oscillating tool. Misuse or vibration ? I don't know but, on a vibrating tool , the battery kept falling off whenever I placed the tool vertically ... So here is a problem for the engineering department. October 22, 2013
