Serpa Tactical Holster,RH,Sig is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Put to the test!! I have been using this holster for years with multiple different weapons. I have used it overseas for 9 years in my Navy VBSS tactical team. it has great retention and does not swing around your leg like a lot of the other products out there. buy it you wont regret it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Came back for more! I bought 2 Level 2 SERPA holsters over the summer. I used one of the two all summer and now I'm switching to my other for my winter gear. I came back to buy a 3rd because these are awesome.I have extra peace of mind because of the retention and feel a tad more secure carrying Condition 1 because of the excellent retention these offer. It's really about training and mindset (sounds trite but it couldn't be more true). If this is your first, my best advice is to practice drawing with your firearm unloaded to build muscle memory. It took me only a short time to get used to the finger release. I love mine. Heading to the range today for the fourth time this week and will be wearing my SERPA rig.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Duty Use - Eased my back pain 22 years of wearing a belt and vest takes a toll on the back and legs. I decided to give this a try and see if it would alleviate lower lumbar back pain by moving the pistol to my leg. First, if you're getting it for a 1911 make sure it's NOT a Sig square slide. As noted in other reviews, it will not fit! Not sure how the other guy sanded his down enough to get it to fit. I just switched to my Springfield 1911.The fit inside the holster is what you'd expect. Solid, very little rattle. The thigh straps on this holster are amazing. Rubberized makes all the difference. Easy to adjust width and length. Quick disconnects releases the thigh portion without removing it from your duty belt. All of it functions as it should. Surprisingly, it doesn't even get in the way of the console of the patrol car. Now, for the reason I bought it, lumbar pain, it works pretty well. Don't get me wrong, there is still some pain, but it is appreciatively much less. I don't have to get my "moving start" to stand straight when I get out of bed. Didn't realize it until I got to thinking about it. There are several of my folks in the department that share my back issues so I have authorized the T and E for those that want to try it. If it can save someone from having the issues that so many of us endure, it'll be worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long Lasting and Durable I have been using one of these in competition for about a decade. I have beaten it up and it still works. I am able to run and jump without worrying about it falling out. I run a drop leg magazine rig on my left and it balances out perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My best holster Have the Serpa for my Glock 20. I can run it concealed on my hip or tactical on the dropleg platform. Solid, positive retention. Doesn't rattle, can't fall out and gun can't simply be snatched from the holster. With training (and not much required) it became natural to press the release button, slide my finger up as i pull out the pistol and I have the gun engaged with proper grip, finger along the side. The holster also protects the weapon. What more can you ask from a holster. Also, great street price. Next I'll get one for my 1911.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great rig but holster... got this for my SP2022. did not fit at all. way too tight! compared to my concealment SP2022 holster it looks like a different frame mold and was meant for another firearm. no problems with the fit of the concealment holster.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great holster if you know what your doing I don't usually write reviews but sense i have one of these and i read the poor reviews that were due to operator error i feel like i should, its a great holster and there is a tension adjustment screw that people fail to recognize that if properly adjusted will cure any fit or rattling issues

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Duty Holster I have a level three Blackhawk Holster I have use for my Sig Sauer 229 since 2008. The holster system secures the gun firmly with no rattle, note you can adjust the hold on the gun with a screw. The draw of the Sig Sauer is quick and smooth. I am getting in and out of a car frequently and the holster is holding up very well and continues to looks new. The holster is comfortable and is normally out of the way when moving around inside a vehicle.I have recently purchased my second Blackhawk holster level II for the Glock (17,19,22,23). This is my range and practice holster. Again I am very happy with the holster. I have a Glock 17, two Glock 19s and a Glock 22. I can use the same holster for all four guns. This saves me time (not changing out holsters) when changing between the different guns. Also saves money on not buying four different holsters.I would and have recommended this holsters to others in Law Enforcement. All those that have bought it have had great results as well.
