The fully automatic, microprocessor-controlled Deltran Battery TenderĀ® Junior is a lightweight, compact device that fully charges batteries and then automatically switches to float/maintenance mode once the charge is complete. It offers a 4-step charging program: Initialization, Bulk Charge, Absorption Mode, Float Mode. LEDs indicate the stage of charging. The battery charger/maintainer is spark-resistant and protected against reverse polarity.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I work in a Diesel Generator shop and we use small 12 volt batteries for the breakaway brake systems in our trailers. I tried to charge low batteries with this charger. It didn't work. I contacted the manufacuring company’s service department with some questions on what could be wrong and got a generic uninformative response. One of my coworkers had experience with another model of charger from this manufacturer while he served in the military and had a similar problem.
