Rated 1 out of 5 by Design is fine IF it would work. Ditto for ease of use. First off, I bought this tool on 6-22-13. It worked for a little while, but now it gives a faint click which won't drive a staple into a Kleenex. If I pull the trigger 20 times, I might get a staple to come out with a force powerful enough to drive it in something solid if it doesn't jam up. The package lists it as a 1 year warranty. NOW YOUR WEBSITE SAYS IT HAS A 2 YEAR WARRANTY! Which is it?This is about the third staple gun I've purchased and yes I do know how to use them.I have a replacement already, so I'd really like my money back. October 2, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Arrow 2025 Tacker is a worthless tool Should have returned it right away, was just in the garage trying to put up some insulation. The miserable "tacker" can't even drive a 3/8" stable into a pine 2x4. Had used it once before, however, I thought maybe it was the plywood, so I kept it...a mistake. Don't buy this tool. Rated 1 out of 5 by This thing is worse than cheap. It fails to do even the lightest of tasks. Jams and has no power. It's wasted money. So very disappointed. August 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Need replacement part This did a great job for me when I installed radiant barrier in the attic. Unfortunately, after a refill, maybe I didn't close it correctly, but the piece that provides pressure to the staples (where staples are loaded) fell off the back into the mounds of fiberglas insulation and I couldn't find it.How can I get replacement parts for it? Rated 1 out of 5 by DO NOT BUY The mechanism that holds the staples in broke during the second use. Very poor quality! No way could this design hold up. I will not buy another Arrow product! This stapler was designed to fail. July 7, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Bad Quality The Arrow multi-purpose tacker, when nailing or stapling in something, never completely nailed/stapled it in all the way. There were no directions to describe what to do, and I had to look it up online. Very poorly made product. June 7, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by more than adequate I appreciate the guide when stapling cable. The fact that it does not jam makes it superior to other brands of staplers that I have used. May 22, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by User Manual is useless I can only assume that the person who wrote the user manual thinks that everyone already knows how to use a staple gun so they didn't bother including the full instructions. I haven't been able to get this thing to work and unfortunately there are no trouble shooting tips. There is nothing in the user manual about the Depth of Drive Dial and it's purpose. I have wasted all morning just trying different things hoping I could get the stupid gun to work. April 27, 2014
