Rated 1 out of 5 by from product will not work with Cool Lube 111 machine coolant at all. I tried two different mixers with no success out of either. I really though this would be a game changer for mixing my Coolant with Water to run in a CNC laser but even with no mixing tip (4.5:1 Ratio of similar to water viscosity ) i could not get any coolant to be drawn from my 55g drum unless i turned the water off and let it siphon through the pick up hose. My water pressure is below the 85psi max and above the 25psi minimum (around 80psi) i tried every mixing tip and went with no tip at all but still could not get the concentrate to come out with the water. I may be using the mixer on too thick of a coolant but i am not aware of any thinner viscosity machining coolant on the market so i am not sure what they used in the animated video in the description but it could not have been any type of machining coolant.
