BS0 Series heating tapes can be used on any surface or body requiring fast and efficient direct contact heating. They feature extremely flexible silicone rubber construction, and are resistant to moisture and chemicals. Multi-stranded resistance wire heating elements help provide exceptional flexibility and durability. They are ideal for laboratory heating applications such as apparatus, gas tubing, temporary heat, valves, and more. Safe for use with glass and electrically conductive metal surfaces. Temperature controllers are required for safe operation (available separately). BSAT Series heating tapes with time percentage dial control are designed to precisely control the length of time when heating is active. The tape features silicon rubber insulation for durability in a wide range of applications. They are moisture-resistant and chemical-resistant for use in laboratory, maintenance, freeze protection, de-icing pipes and valve
