Red Pass Plus: Member Terms & Conditions

Customer's initial program year is the 12-month period starting on the day of Customer's enrollment. Red Pass Plus automatically renews at the end of each 12-month period and the applicable annual fee will be charged on the Customer’s enrollment anniversary date.
Customer can cancel Red Pass Plus at any time prior to the annual auto-renewal. If cancelation occurs within the 30-day period after auto-renewal Customer can receive a refund of the Red Pass Plus fee by contacting Grainger customer service at 1-866-512-0885. Customer will be charged the shipping fees for any items ordered during this 30-day period. If Customer cancels more than 30 days after renewal, Customer will continue to receive free standard parcel ground shipping for the remainder of Customer’s current program year.
Free shipping offer is for standard parcel ground shipping for products ordered from the Grainger catalog or on Grainger.com only and does not apply to special orders, custom or sourced products. Other terms and conditions apply for other than standard parcel ground delivery (“Other Freight Services”), including without limitation, less than truckload (LTL) shipments, expedited same day delivery, air freight, freight collect, sourced orders, export orders, hazardous materials, Customer’s carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S. or other special handling by the carrier. Any charges incurred for Other Freight Services must be paid by the Customer. For Customers transitioning to the Red Pass Plus program from the Select Advantage PLUS program, “Other Freight Services” will not include less than truckload (LTL) shipments until the Customer’s Select Advantage PLUS term expires.
Grainger reserves the right to not accept new participants in Red Pass Plus, to change the terms, or to terminate this program, at its sole discretion at any time. Offer only valid for the intended recipient and is not transferable. Some customers may qualify for additional benefits.
