Your order status is accessible through Order History which displays all Grainger orders placed within the last 18 months regardless of which channel you used to order (Grainger.com, Branch, phone, mobile, etc.). Use the Edit Filter to define the time period and the type of orders you would like to see displayed. Depending on your account settings, you may be able to select and view all orders on the account, orders from a specific user or only the orders you’ve placed. Account Administrators can update these settings via Account Customization.
