My Account displays your account and personal information; as well as key settings including account administrator preferences (applicable for accounts with multiple registered users), recent orders, order status and personal lists.

Below is an overview of My Account sections that are available on a single page for your convenience:

  • My Account lets you quickly personalize the account settings below and setup defaults for a faster ordering and checkout experience:
    • Express Checkout
    • Payment Method
    • Shipping Address
    • Pickup Location
  • Account Administration focuses primarily on user, multi-user settings and administrative functionality to easily manage key account settings.
  • Order Management System (OMS) setup and actions are accessible from the Account Administration section. OMS can help you configure workflows, enable user order approval and spend limits, while showcasing pending actions directly from the top of the page.
  • Orders section organizes your Order History, Purchased Item History and Online Invoicing while allowing you a consolidated view of products purchased through all channels: online, mobile, branch, called-in and faxed orders for the past 18 months.
  • My Lists can be accessed, managed and maintained along with the capability of adding the entire list to a cart in just one click.
  • Auto-Reorder settings can be reviewed and updated.
  • Special Order Quotes can be accessed and filled out.
