Soldering and desoldering stations are benchtop machines with controls that adjust the temperature of soldering and desoldering tools. Resistance Soldering Stations
These resistance-soldering stations use an electric current that transfers heat to the tip of the handpiece to solder copper joints. Traditional soldering stations take time to generate heat, but these stations generate heat instantaneously. They have a carbon-tipped plier-, tweezer-, or probe-style handpiece.
