Corded scarifiers dig their cutter bundles into surfaces to remove thick epoxies, cement overlays, rust, paint, and other coatings from concrete, metals, and wood. Multi-tooth cutting wheels (flails) on the cutter bundles rotate at high speed and chip away material more aggressively than grinders and with greater control than sandblasting. Scarifiers leave a rough, grooved surface to prepare for recoating. These corded units plug into an outlet to maintain full power during operation and allow long run times for extended use.

The palm-grip handle at the head of these scarifiers allows precise control to direct the cutter bundles along smaller surfaces and into hard-to reach spaces. They are slim to fit into corners or between surfaces and lightweight to ease handling for horizontal, vertical, and overhead work.

D-Handle Handheld Corded Scarifiers
The D-handle at the head of these scarifiers provides a secure, enclosed grip to roll the cutter bundles along floors and walls. Also known as deck crawlers, they are wider and heavier than palm-grip scarifiers to perform heavier-duty removal on larger surface areas.
