Hole Aligning Punches

Available1 product
Hole aligning punches slide through holes in stacked parts or layers of material to align the holes for inserting a fastener. Also known as line-up punches, their long, slim body presses into each hole and shifts it into alignment with the other holes. They are commonly used to position sheet metal and assemble parts in automotive and manufacturing applications.
Punch Type

Marlin Spikes

Marlin Spikes
Marlin spikes provide extra reach for deep or recessed holes and a full-length taper that's more gradual than extra-long aligning punches. Their slim, narrow tip is also used to splice rope and tie or untie knots. They are positioned by hand and not struck into place.
