Rotary cutters roll their circular blade on its edge to make straight or curved cuts through layers of fabrics, paper, vinyl, rubber, and more. Also called fabric cutters, they cut lengths or strips of material more quickly than scissors. Rotary cutter blades can be replaced when they wear out or when a different blade style is required.
