Hazardous Location Pressure Transmitters

Available4 products

Hazardous location pressure transmitters, also called pressure transducers and pressure sensors, are rated for use on processes or in environments where there’s a risk of combustion or explosion. These transmitters are used in heavy-duty industrial and process applications in hazardous environments such as chemical and petrochemical processing, oil and gas production, oil fields, natural gas compression, green energy projects, water and wastewater treatment, and paper and wood pulp processing.

Intrinsically Safe-Rated with Cable & Wire Leads

These pressure transmitters are rated as intrinsically safe for classified hazardous environments when installed correctly. They’re designed with circuitry that is incapable of discharging electrical, mechanical, or thermal energy into the atmosphere sufficient to cause a fire or explosion of combustible gas or dust in the environments. They have a shielded cable and wire leads for the electrical connection.
