General purpose pressure transmitters convert pressure from liquids, gases, and vapors into electrical output signals. They have threaded process connections for direct mounting to systems, and electrical terminations to connect to compatible control systems for monitoring. Also known as pressure sensors and pressure transducers, they're commonly used for process automation and control, pneumatic sensing, presses and machine tools, and industrial and commercial HVAC and refrigeration applications.
