They are used in construction, maintenance, mining and other situations where people are working at height. Anchors should always be inspected and replaced after being exposed to a fall.

Loop-End Strap Anchors for Concrete
These loop-end strap anchors have a webbed strap with a loop in one end and a D-ring on the other end to provide an attachment point. Concrete can be poured over the rebar to form a permanent attachment point. The strap can be cut flush with the concrete when it is no longer needed. These anchors do not require that bolts or holes be drilled in the concrete. Anchors should always be inspected and replaced after being exposed to a fall.
