Safety Showers

Available8 products
Safety showers flush hazardous substances from a worker's body. Sometimes called drench showers, they install in labs, manufacturing facilities, and other areas where chemicals can come into contact with workers. Showers connect to a plumbed water supply to provide a continuous stream of water for the required duration. These ANSI-compliant showers have a handle that activates water flow and stays on for at least 15 minutes or until deactivated. The ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 standard meets OSHA requirements for safety showers and eyewash stations when they're used as an integral part of a fully compliant installation and inspection plan.

Hazardous Location Freeze-Resistant Heat-Trace Wall-Mount Showers

Hazardous Location Freeze-Resistant Heat-Trace Wall-Mount Showers

These hazardous-location wall-mount shower units meet NFPA 70 NEC standards for use in hazardous locations and include heat-trace elements to prevent water lines from freezing. Hazardous location equipment is installed where flammable vapor, combustible dust, or ignitable flyings are present. It keeps arcs and sparks contained so explosive substances present in the air won't have a source of ignition. Heat-trace elements wrap around pipes and connect to a power source to keep water temperatures above freezing so water flows freely. Wall-mount safety showers connect to a plumbed water source inside a wall. The head protrudes horizontally from the wall and takes up less space than floor-mount units.

Hazardous Location Freeze-Resistant Heat-Trace Floor-Mount Showers

Hazardous Location Freeze-Resistant Heat-Trace Floor-Mount Showers
These floor-mount safety showers meet NFPA 70 NEC standards for use in hazardous locations and have integrated components to prevent pipes from freezing. Floor-mount emergency shower stations connect to a plumbed water source and have a post so they can be installed in open spaces away from walls.
