Grainger carries a wide range of roller bearings and cylinder bearings for industrial and commercial power transmission applications. Cylindrical, or straight, roller bearings are great for machine tools, compressors, cement pulverizers, and other applications that require a heavy radial load capacity at high speeds. Spherical bearings can support high radial loads in applications with severe misalignment, or where pivoting is needed. Needle bearings are suited for engine components, such as rocker arm pivots, pumps, compressors, transmissions, and more. Needle bearing inner rings serve as raceways for rolling elements, or as bushings or sleeves. Tapered roller bearing cones and cups, sold separately, combine to help create high-quality tapered roller bearings that can carry maximum radial/thrust loads simultaneously. They're particularly good for lower speed applications with alternating thrust and radial loads or shock loads.
