Resistant to hydrolysis and acidic solutions, and capable of withstanding multiple autoclaving cycles, this amorphous, high-performance plastic has exceptional flame and heat resistance, maintaining consistent dielectric properties over a wide frequency range. With a tensile strength of 16,500 psi, it's suitable for applications such as analytical instrumentation and electrical/electronic insulators.
Featuring outstanding optical clarity, mechanical strength, consistent printability, and ease of processing, this material is compatible with conventional solvent-based inks, many UV-curing inks, water-based inks, and infrared curing inks. It can be used in a wide range of thermoforming applications, including vacuum, pressure, embossing, matched metal, hydroforming, drape, thermal, and pressure-assist forming.
