713 products
Tapered and quick-detachable bushings mount to a drive shaft to adapt a bushed-bore pulley or sprocket to the size of the shaft and provide more clamping power. Bushings are used in high-power applications to strengthen the mounting of the pulley or sprocket onto the drive shaft and must be paired with a bushed-bore pulley or sprocket of the same series.
Quick Detachable Bushings
Quick-detachable bushings are flanged and have a split through the entire unit to ease installation and removal. The split in the bushing wall can be gently increased to help slide the bushing along the drive shaft. The flange mounts to the pulley or sprocket and provides more accurate positioning of the bushing in the bore compared to non-flanged bushings.

Split-Taper Bushings
Split-taper bushings are flanged and have a double-split barrel that provides more clamping force than quick-detachable or taper-lock bushings. These bushings do not have a split in the flange. The flange mounts to the pulley or sprocket and provides more accurate positioning of the bushing in the bore compared to non-flanged bushings.

Taper-Lock Bushings
Taper-lock bushings have a split in the barrel of the bushing and do not have a flange. The split in the barrel eases installation and removal of the bushing, while the non-flanged design takes up less space and mounts flush with the pulley or sprocket.
