Wall-Mount Waterless Urinals
Wall-mount waterless urinals conserve water by eliminating liquid waste without flushing. They connect to a wall waste line and rely on gravity to direct urine into the drain, so there's no need for a flushing mechanism. Also called water-free urinals, they use a trap or cartridge with a layer of sealant that blocks odors from rising out of a waste line while allowing urine to pass through. They're commonly used to reduce water consumption in dry climates and other areas where water is scarce. These fixtures mount to a wall to provide a streamlined look and full access for cleaning the floor and urinal surfaces.

Wall-mount flush-valve urinals with top spud are off-the-floor fixtures that allow thorough cleaning, connect to a wall waste line, and work with an exposed flush valve for unblocked access during maintenance. These fixtures have a lower weight capacity than floor-mounted fixtures, but provide a streamlined look and full access for cleaning the floor and urinal surfaces. They have a back opening for the waste line and a spud atop the fixture for connecting to a flush valve (flushometer).
