Order LookupAtomizing Spray Nozzles
Available14 products
Atomizing spray nozzles are devices on the spraying end of a paint spray gun that transform paint, lacquer, stains, and other liquids into a fine spray using compressed air mixed with the liquid. The liquid passes through the nozzle in a controlled way and at a high pressure, allowing a worker to paint surfaces more efficiently than hand-painting or with rollers. Spray nozzles can be selected to customize flow rate and spray pattern, or the shape and evenness of coverage. The more pressure there is, the smaller the liquid droplets and the finer the spray. Pressure fluid delivery type spray nozzles use a pump to get the fluid to the nozzle tip almost instantly. Siphon fluid delivery type spray nozzles use air pressure to pull liquid to the nozzle tip, resulting in a slight lag time until the gun is ready to spray.
