Workers hold the dispenser and walk around the pallet to apply the wrap. Handles or hand supports protect hands from sharp core material and reduce hand fatigue and strain. Stretch wrap dispensers are more portable than machines, and can be more easily transported around a facility. Stretch wrap is wrapped around the sides of a pallet or bundle to protect the package from dust and moisture, prevent and indicate tampering, and keep items together.
