Instant foam is a protective packaging material that forms into a shape to surround an item in a container. It is supplied in packaging containing two separate compounds. When mixed with pressure, the compounds harden into foam that conforms to both the shape of the box and the item in the box. The foam fills all void space in the container and secures the items with a snug fit, preventing them from shifting or sustaining damage during transit.
